Ingredients:
1 lb boneless chicken
4-5 tbsp butter
Flour for coating and for thickening
¾ lb mushrooms
1/3 cup marsala cooking wine
1 cup chicken broth
Directions:
1. Prepare chicken by cleaning any tendons, fat, or skin off.
2. Melt a few pats of butter in a large saute pan.
3. Prepare plate of flour. Dip chicken in flour. WASH YOUR HANDS.
4. Cook chicken until golden browned on both sides. It will NOT be cooked through.
5. Remove chicken from pan.
6. Add chicken broth to pan.
7. Thicken broth with flour on low heat.
8. Add marsala wine.
9. Stir, removing chicken bits from bottom of pan. Check thickness, adding more marsala if needed.
10. Return chicken to pan and add mushrooms.
11. Cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
