East Hill Farm Bread

Ingredients:
1 ¾ cups warm water
2 tbsp yeast
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp canola oil
3 ½ and then ½ cups flour
Combine everything except the flour. Let sit for ten minutes to activate the yeast.
Add 3 ½ cups flour and mix well.
Sprinkle remaining ½ cup flour onto work surface. Place dough onto floured surface and knead until elastic and not sticky.
Place dough in a well greased 4 by 8 bread pan and let rise for 30 minutes.
Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Enjoy while warm with butter. Or make sandwiches!
